Dan and Alicia met in an unconventional way, while playing online on Xbox Live. After being friends for a while, their relationship started when Dan asked Alicia to be his date at his brother’s wedding, and the two have been together ever since.
During a vacation to Virginia Beach, Dan snuck inside a jewelry store to pick out a ring to propose to Alicia. He wasn’t as sneaky as he thought, and Alicia waited patiently for his romantic proposal later that day in their hotel room after a delicious sushi dinner.
They tied the knot at Lake of Isles in North Branford, CT on a lovely day in early fall. The beautiful grounds at their venue made the perfect backdrop to their ceremony.
Alicia and Dan chose a classic style for their wedding day. Alicia wore a romantic fit-and-flare lace dress, while Dan looked handsome in a classic black three piece suit. Their reception was very romantic, with lanterns that glowed softly, and roses decorating the tables.
Guests were well taken care of with amazing food and an open bar that left them wanting for nothing. Alicia and Dan’s wedding was like the perfect family gathering, where everyone left full and satisfied from a night spent surrounded by the people they love most.
