Samantha and Aaron met online. She likes to joke by saying they would have never met if she hadn’t messaged him first. Aaron thought her profile was fake because her pictures were so beautiful!

Soon after exchanging phone numbers, Aaron realized texting Samantha wouldn’t be easy due to her erratic work schedule as a nurse. They were finally able to set up a date and that was the night their lives changed!

During Covid, Samantha and Aaron decided to continue to spend time together which allowed them to grow even closer. Later in 2020, Aaron was deployed to Europe and was gone for a year. The couple made the best of it with lots of letters, texts, late night video calls, and two short but sweet trips to Berlin. When Aaron returned home, he and Samantha moved in together and began making up for lost time.

Samantha and Aaron had a late fall wedding and it was the most beautiful day! They did their first look, family, and wedding party photos overlooking the lake which had a great backdrop of the CT mountains and fall foliage. Hunter green and white were complemented with pops of gold and made for the perfect color scheme for everything from the invitations and bouquets to the bridesmaids dresses and reception decor.

As the sun began to set, the reception room glowed from the twinkle lights and the party got started! Samantha and Aaron were surrounded by lots of love and laughter for their special day from start to finish. Congratulations to the happy couple!
