If you’ve been following us, you know we love both photography and travel, and we love when we have the opportunity to combine them. While in Italy, we were able to meet up with this lovely couple and capture some outstanding images of them and their hometown.

Frederica and Giuseppe met at a pub one night when they were out with a group of friends. Shortly after, Giuseppe reached out to her and that's how their love story began!

I cannot tell you how beautiful Sicily was. Pictures alone cannot capture the magnificence of it, however they most certainly spur the memory of it. When we first met with Frederica and Giuseppe, we headed to the countryside. The golden light was a photographer’s dream; the fields seemed to glow! Then Federica took us to her hometown of Palazzolo Acreide. This was a beautiful, picturesque town with cobblestone streets, ancient churches, and quaint little courtyards. It was a perfect backdrop.

I would tell any American couples considering a destination wedding or honeymoon in Italy, that this is definitely a place that should be considered. If you don’t believe me, just check out the photos…….
