We started the day at the gorgeous Silas W. Robbins Bed & Breakfast in Old Wethersfield, CT, which we must say is one of our favorite locations for picture taking. Did you know, the Silas W. Robbins Bed & Breakfast fell victim to a raging fire years back, where it was almost entirely destroyed. The current owners completely remodeled it, making it so darn charismatic that it's hard not to get lost exploring every room. We loved the tiny trappings and details of light fixtures, fabrics and glassware.
Kim and her bridesmaids got ready on the top level - where the three windows look out to the the beautiful gardens in the front yard. Nick and the boys hung out on the front porch while they waited. Kim and Nick decided to do a "first-look" where everyone anxiously watched as the bride and groom first saw each other. Nick immediately grabbed Kim into his arms as everyone celebrated with teary eyes - it was quite a beautiful sight.
The ceremony and reception took place at St.Clement's, where guests danced the night away, indulging in signature cocktails and a wonderful dinner. Kim and Nick, we loved capturing these memories with you. From your engagement and boudoir sessions to your wedding day - we had the most fantastic time. We wish you love and happiness for a lifetime!
