Julia and Chris are the sweetest couple. It has been an absolute pleasure photographing them - from their engagement session right to their wedding day. Did you know they were together for 9 years before they got engaged? Chris popped the question on his birthday, wishing for nothing more then to make Julia his wife.
They now live on the coast of Connecticut, where they call the beach home. It was the backdrop for their engagement photographs and the destination of choice for wedding formals as well.
The party commenced at Lake of Isles, one of our most favorite wedding venues in the state. We love the staff there so much because they truly make us feel like family.
The color palette from Julia and Chris's wedding was champagne, rose and ivory. You can find these colors in the tones on the beach to the flowers in the wedding party bouquets. Every wedding detail was classic and elegant.
